I’m Ana-Alexandra Mirea — a Sattva Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and Metaphysical Reverend and Counselor, devoted to guiding others toward balance, healing, and spiritual awakening.

With over 15 years of experience in Reiki, I am a Master Teacher in Reiki, Karuna Ki Reiki, and Shambhala Reiki, offering distance healing sessions and on-demand Reiki training classes for those wishing to explore or deepen their connection to energy work. My calling is to help others awaken their innate healing potential, find peace within, and live with greater clarity and purpose.

My academic and spiritual foundation was established through the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, Arizona, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science, received ordination as a Metaphysical Reverend, and completed a degree in Metaphysical Counselling. These studies allow me to integrate spiritual wisdom, energy healing, and holistic counselling into a unified practice that supports personal growth and spiritual transformation.

My yoga journey deepened after being initiated into Kriya One Meditation by Adam Schomer, which led me to my teacher and guru, Anand Mehrotra, founder of the Sattva Yoga Academy. I completed my 200-hour Sattva Yoga Teacher Training online, embracing the integrated teachings of asanas, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation.

Today, I bring these modalities together through The Heretic Pink Rose membership, an online sanctuary combining Sattva Yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, and metaphysical exploration, while also offering stand-alone pathways for those who prefer individual sessions. My mission is to create a sacred, supportive space for healing, transformation, and awakening within a compassionate global community.

I am honoured to share this journey with my community in London, Ontario, and with seekers worldwide through live and pre-recorded sessions, distance Reiki healing, and spiritual conversations.
