The Heretic Pink Rose Meditation Circle is a FREE monthly online gathering devoted to Sattva Yoga meditation and Reiki transmission. This is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through a guided meditative journey and subtle energy work, you are invited to release, realign, and return to a more grounded and present state. No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

How to prepare

Please join seated in an upright position, either in Sidhasana or on a chair with your feet grounded on the floor. You may wish to have water, tissues, and a journal nearby.
